Damages & Defects
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days of delivery at afalleroni@gmail.com if there is an issue.
To submit a damage or defect claim, please include:
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item alongside its original packaging
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is no longer available, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that we reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify a claim before a resolution is issued.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the event that an approved damage or defect claim cannot be fulfilled with a replacement. If a refund is issued, you will be notified and automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at afalleroni@gmail.com.
